Songs stay on your PC
Audio files you open in Chord Chart are analyzed on that computer. They are not uploaded to getchordchart.com.
What this site may collect
- Pages you visit on getchordchart.com (normal web logs such as IP and browser), used to run and protect the site.
- If you pay with PayPal: the email and purchase details PayPal sends so we can record a license.
- If license check is on: that email and a device id for the PC you register.
Who processes payments
Checkout is handled by PayPal. We do not store your card number.
Downloads
Installers are served from our download host (Cloudflare R2) when you click Download on this site.
Your choices
You can stop using the site and uninstall the app. To ask about license email data, use the contact path shown at checkout or on this site when it is available.
