License and troubleshooting

Enter the email used at checkout. This computer uses one registered PC slot the first time you activate. For a laptop and a desktop, buy an Extra PC license. Do not share your checkout email. Sharing this computer? Use a separate macOS or Windows user account for each person so licenses and song libraries stay private — each with their own checkout and payment. Forgot your checkout email? Check your Lemon Squeezy purchase receipt, or email [email protected].

Mac

If Mac says it cannot verify the app (Done / Move to Trash):

  1. Click Done. Do not move it to Trash.
  2. In Applications, right-click Chord Chart (or Control-click).
  3. Choose Open. When the warning appears again, click Open.

If there is still no Open button: System Settings → Privacy & Security → scroll down → Open Anyway.

Windows

If the browser blocks the zip (Uncommon download): click Keep, then Keep anyway if asked.

If Windows says it protected your PC (Don’t run):

  1. Do not click Don’t run.
  2. Click More info.
  3. Click Run anyway.

If there is no More info: right-click ChordChart.exe → Properties → check Unblock → OK, then open it again.
