Charts are estimates

Chord Chart guesses chords, timing, and guitar fingerings from audio. Songs differ. Results can be wrong. Check the chart, edit names, and pick another fingering when you need to.

Accuracy varies by song

Automatic detection is not a licensed transcription. On our internal test set of 50 studio-style songs (compared bar-by-bar to independently labeled reference charts), chord names match the reference about 40% of the time on average. Some songs score much higher; others much lower. Live recordings, dense mixes, and unusual harmony are harder. Key guesses can still be wrong on edge cases even when tests look good.

Treat every chart as a starting draft: listen, fix chord names, adjust key / meter / BPM, and use transpose or capo before you rely on it for teaching, performance, or publication.
